Beers and Bears

I was looking for bears everywhere I passed through Canada. All the road trips we made I was staring at those wonderful landscapes hoping find some wild pooh. I wish bears but found beers!!!
Yes, a substitute replaced the big mammal just changing one letter: BEERS and more BEERS everywhere I looked around!
Until now, Canada is the place in the world I met that is destined to be the country of beers. You find all good imported brands since from Ireland, tasting like whiskey, till our poor BRAHMA, that arrived there the same month I did ( I could say I was the brazilian company’s girl in Brahma publicity!... but I was too involved with the other brands that I didn’t even try to check if it was the same taste here.
The best ever is INNIS & GUNN, from Ireland. Maybe this is the country who will steal the 1st place I gave to Canada. Maybe…. This beer was made by accident for the first time, just like me! They threw old beers into oat barrels used for whiskey and then… born to be wild!
Creemore is the canadian lager and pilsen with no additives, awesome in fresh taste, that I wish if i could, bring anything else in my luggage but boxes of them!!! Oh, if I could...
Other big deal is whatever bar you choose, it will probably have at least 10 different types of local producers join the famous imported like Guinness. I swear, more than ten fresh types!
Maple syrup, apologize me! But this vacation was to drink beers! Cheers!
